From the need to the first proposal
The process starts with understanding the product the partner wants to create: the category, the flavour, the characteristics, the packaging and the market it addresses.
An existing Plaza product can be selected, or the development of a new, customised recipe can begin.

Custom adjustments, trials and samples
When customisation is required, trials are carried out and samples are produced. The recipe is evaluated and can be modified repeatedly until the desired result is achieved.
The process can involve the flavour, the intensity, the texture or other characteristics of the product.

Quantity and packaging
The required production quantity is not the same for all products. It is shaped by the category, the packaging, the degree of customisation and the needs of the specific partnership.
The available packaging options are likewise agreed before the product is finalised.

Label and nutritional information
Plaza provides the data required to create the label, in line with the product's characteristics and the applicable food legislation, including the nutrition table and the required labelling information.
The creative work and artwork of the label are designed by the partner or their graphic designer. Once finalised, the label is sent to Plaza and we take care of printing and applying it to the product, according to what has been agreed.

Approval and production
Once the final recipe, packaging, label and commercial terms are approved, the product moves into production under the same quality and safety requirements applied to Plaza products.
In this way, an initial idea can develop into a complete product carrying your own commercial identity.
