Equipment technical support

Plaza places particular emphasis on prompt, dependable technical support for its partners, with an organised service department and specialised technicians experienced in professional equipment.

Technical support is provided from our points in Veria, Athens and Crete, covering the needs of partners in Northern Greece, Attica, Southern Greece and Crete.

We handle service, preventive maintenance, technical support and spare parts supply for the machines we sell, such as ice cream machines, slush machines, waffle makers and crepe makers, while equipment from other manufacturers can be serviced by arrangement.

We respond promptly to our partners' requests, provide phone support for smaller issues, often without the need for an on-site technician visit, and keep an extensive stock of spare parts for faster repairs.

When a repair takes longer, a replacement machine can be provided temporarily, subject to availability, so the partner can keep their business running normally until the repair is completed.

After purchasing a machine, or receiving one as equipment on loan, Plaza provides installation and initial operating support, so the partner can begin using the equipment correctly and safely.

We provide training and guidance on correct use and care of the machine, on site or by phone, and we also offer detailed instructional videos.
