Many issues are resolved by phone, without a technician visit always being necessary. When an intervention is required, we keep an extensive stock of spare parts for the machines we supply, so repairs can be completed faster.
When a repair takes longer, a replacement machine can be provided temporarily, subject to availability, so your business can keep operating normally.
